               This machine is mainly used for processing all kinds of copper and aluminum busbars ( cable tray, and other sheet metal) .For punching (various round holes and rectangular holes),horizontal bending, Vertical bending , Embossing, Pressing Cable joint, Twisting, reverse flattening etc for Copper or Aluminium bus bars.

*The punching unit adopts Nodular Cast Iron turret-type die kit , capable of storing four sets or six sets or eight sets of punching dies. From Upper to the lower as a totally whole body to ensure the concentric degree of the dies.

*The cutting unit adopt double-column single shearing structure (Patent No. ZL201120262802.1).Cutting edges flat no burr and no material waste.

*The bending unit uses Closed-loop structure and CNC angle control mode, allowing easy operation and high accuracy.

*German Simens PLC control is more stable and reliable than the traditional relay. Overmore it can control the time of shearing and punching also represent the automatic stop function.

*The Bending Unit adopt double layer workbench to ensure the three working unit working at a time no disturb each other which improve efficiency.

*The hydraulic oil tank is made of thick plate welding, after treated by phosphating which make the hydraulic oil use long time without contamination.

1.Installation Services 

Installation Services are available with all Our machines. We dispatch technician to customer's factory for installation and preoperation of machines. ( Customers only need to pay the airfare and hotel )

Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.

3.Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of machine (e.g. processing speed and working performance is the same as the data of samples making). We sign the agreement with detailed technical data. Machine warranty is 2 year

Q I. Do we have to fill up the hydraulic oil tank before shipment ?

    No, and the machine without any oil and it is empty during the shipment.

 QII.What type of oil do we have to get ?

Pls add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil 90Kg .

QIII. Do we need to bleed out air in the hydraulic system

No, this machine is hydraulic drive no need to bleed out air.
